Assessment
Depending on your level of qualification or experience, the assessment will vary slightly. For example, for level 4, this is equivalent to the first year of a University degree the assessment is as follows:
Assessment 1:
Short report to explain how research could be personally and professionally relevant (500 words)
Assessment 2:
Discussion of potential approaches to research (500 words)
Assessment 3:
Analysis of appropriate techniques (1000 words)
Assessment 4:
Discussion of data collected and its relevance (1000 words)
Further Information
You will be required to attend one teaching day at the Carmarthen campus. This day will provide you with a secure foundation to begin your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, e-mail or Skype - or a mix of all these.
