Course overview

For people committed to cinema, television and online content production, BA (Hons) Film and Television will develop your skills, knowledge and creativity in preparation for your entry into the creative industries.

About this course

You'll gain a grounding in a wide range of production skills and styles including fiction, factual and TV studio. You'll learn about a variety of forms from long-form drama to feature films, music videos, branded content and experimental shorts.

Choose from a stimulating and varied range of options and develop your skills in directing, producing, screenwriting, sound, camera and post production.

Tutors are embedded and active in the industry and include award-winning filmmakers and content producers who bring their international expertise and knowledge to the course.

Learn to use Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro HD and Pro Tools and Logic sound software and Sony FS5 and FS7 cameras, lighting, movie magic, under the guidance of experienced practitioners and technical teams.
