With USQ's Bachelor of Business and Commerce become a leading workplace expert on strategies and practices for guiding and partnering with employees so that the people working for the business are motivated to provide a source of competitive advantage for the business.

This is becoming increasingly challenging as workplaces become more diverse and place greater emphasis on work-life balance in order to recruit, retain and develop top talent. Your studies will cover courses such as organizational behavior and management, talent management, workforce design, risk mitigation, work health and safety, workplace relations, enhancing employee performance, organizational learning, strategic human resource management, managing knowledge and leading organizational change.

In addition to your chosen specialization of Human Resource Management, you can choose to study another area in-depth with a second major, or broaden your knowledge with a combination of minors and electives.
