Course overview

USQ's Bachelor of Sport and Exercise (Applied Sport and Exercise) allows you to combine your studies with electives in business, management, law, marketing or tourism, giving you the competitive edge to diversify your career options. In addition your studies will include 120 hours of work experience in this specialised industry.

Our Sport and Exercise degrees are aimed to prepare you to help others by designing and implementing exercise programs to promote wellness across the whole lifespan, including the elderly, pregnant women, children and those with chronic disease and disability.

Career outcomes

As a graduate, you will be prepared to design, implement and evaluate sport and exercise programs to promote wellness and improve human movement performance. You could also choose to pursue business, management, law, marketing, media or tourism career options within the sports industry.
