Develop a broader perspective and learn to assess the design, implementation and effectiveness of current regulation in Australia with USQ's Master of Laws (Public Law). Select courses covering constitutional human rights, the responsibilities of the government and its representatives, or European Union law, or comparative constitutional law.
The flexible course structure in the Master of Laws may give you the opportunity to select either a second specialisation, or an additional four courses from those listed below.

A significant component of your degree will be research-based. You will become proficient in legal research, advanced legal writing and critical thinking through a series of guided research projects.
