If you are already a counselling professional, diversify your expertise in two fields of study with our Master of Counselling (Advanced Practice). Combine Alcohol and Drug Studies with Mental Health, or Child, Youth and Family Therapy with Mental Health. You combine the specialisations to suit your career path.
The Master of Counselling contains four units (two courses) of research into issues that are relevant to the counselling field. You will nominate your preferred research topic from a list of available projects reflecting the research expertise of USQ's academic staff.

If you are not sure whether you would like to complete an entire Masters degree, apply to study USQ's Graduate Diploma of Counselling and take the credit from your studies to the Master of Counselling if you decide to continue studying.
