Evolution: From the Galapagos to the 21st Century offers a unique opportunity to consider evolutionary biology, experimentally and theoretically.
This programme will provide you with an opportunity to focus and further develop your undergraduate experience in the context of evolutionary biology.
You'll take a field trip to the Galaogos Islands, where Charles Darwin devloped his theory of Natural Selection, and learn how to:
- Predict responses to climate change (crop security, forestry, ecosystem services)
- Investigate how the environment influences health and disease over multiple generations
- Explore areas ranging from palaeontology to genomics and computer modelling to engineering
