With an ever-increasing world population and growing pressure on the world's finite resources, the analytical skills of agricultural economists are as relevant as ever. This degree is designed to provide you with a rigorous, stimulating and enjoyable training in applied economics and quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
This master's programme:Allows you to gain an appreciation of the complex dynamic between population growth and the world's finite resources.
Develops your quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
Equips you with the skills to work as a professional agricultural economist in industry, government and non-governmental organisations.
Students have the option to specialise in a development pathway that will provide them with the specific skills needed for working in agricultural development by selecting 30 credits from specific modules.
