This Master’s course prepares you to enter the Solicitors Qualifying Examination with confidence whilst also building Qualifying Work Experience and developing your understanding of the complexities of professional legal practice.

You’ll be given opportunities to develop key skills for legal practice and support to navigate legal recruitment processes.

During your course you'll have expert career support from our Careers and Employability Centre, your tutors and our Business and Law Career-Ready Programme. This support will continue for 5 years after you graduate.
Entry requirements
A second-class honours degree covering the relevant law foundation areas, or a Graduate Diploma in Law/CPE. Equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications that cover the foundation areas will also be considered, such as previous study, employment, voluntary work and training courses, including courses and qualifications you didn't complete.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
