Course overview
This Master’s degree trains the next generation of accounting professionals, controllers, financial analysts and bankers, and lays the foundation for a successful career in finance and accounting, both in industrial firms and in financial institutions. The programme provides tools to solve complex business problems and contributes to the continuous updating of strategies, processes, investments and financing decisions according to the constraints and opportunities emerging in different sectors.
Programme structure
Students must choose one of the following curricula:
- Accounting, control and corporate finance: Reporting, Governance, Business analytics, Control; Corporate and Entrepreneurial Finance; Strategy and Organization; Economics, Competition and Innovation; Financial Mathematics and Statistics; Corporate Law.
- Banking and finance: Computational Finance and Econometric Corporate; Entrepreneurial and Sustainable Finance; Reporting and Bank Accounting; Financial Economics; Banking; Mathematics for Finance; Financial Law.
An Italian-taught study track – Consulenza e direzione aziendale – is also available for application.
Each curriculum includes lab work, thesis, electives and internship.

Entry requirements
Bachelor diploma (or equivalent)
- A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with advanced proven academic skills in the following core areas:
1. Accounting (ex.: financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, control)
2. Finance (ex.: corporate finance, financial management, banking, business planning)
as well as proven academic skills in the following areas:
- 3. Management (ex.: organizational behavior, strategy, marketing)
4. Economics/Quantitative (ex.: microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics, econometric)
Only academic skills fulfilled by an undergraduate degree will be considered.

- GMAT or GRE test (not mandatory)
Candidates are strongly encouraged to undertake the GMAT test (or, alternatively, GRE test). Though not mandatory, high GMAT/GRE scores will be a preferential element for admission.
The Academic Committee will consider the GMAT (or GRE) score only if tests have been performed prior to the application date.
Please note: you can participate to the selection also with the GMAT unofficial score but, in case of admission, you will be asked to upload the Official Score before the enrolment deadline.
You can participate to the selection also with the GRE Examinee score report, but the report must include at least the full name/surname of the applicant and the two sections passed (Verbal reasoning and Quantitative reasoning).
Your Curriculum Vitae, motivation letter and letters of references will also be favorably considered.
Whenever necessary, the Commission may also ask candidates for an on-line interview.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian.
You can often get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
You must take the original entry qualification documents with you when you finally go to the university.
If you are admitted to the degree course, you will have to submit other documents including original and translated/legalised copies of your previous qualifications, etc. No legalised documents are required at application stage.

A C Level (CEFR) or equivalent certificate will be a preferential element for admission. The Academic Committee will consider valid C level English certificates only if uploaded prior to the application date.
During the assesment procedure, the selection committee reserves the right to invite applicants to take an interview via the application platform.
