Course overview

The Master of Notarial Studies degree provides a comprehensive knowledge of and training in core legal subjects of notarial law. The main areas covered during the taught component include fiscal legislation associated with immovable property, examination of title, conveyancing law, whilst the professional practice component is intended to prepare you for the profession of notary public emphasising more practical studies ranging from professional ethics to practical situations in notarial law.
