Course overview
The Master of Advocacy degree provides a comprehensive knowledge of and training in core legal subjects of a procedural nature. The main area covered during the taught component include Civil Procedure, Constitutional and Human Rights Procedure, Criminal Procedure and EU Procedure. The professional practice component is intended to prepare you for the profession of advocate, emphasising more practical studies ranging from moot courting to professional ethics.
