Learning and teaching
Teaching is mostly in small groups ensuring a personalised learning approach. You'll learn through a mixture of lectures, practical classes, and seminars. University-based sessions will be closely linked with students' school-based work and Professional Learning Tasks with link both contexts. Besides access to online materials, the Virtual Learning Environment offers on-going tutor support and learning resources.
Assessment
Assessment for both modules is through written assignments, submitted at regular intervals through the year and planned carefully in relation to the demands of school-based work. Assignments draw heavily on students' teaching experiences.
