Course overview

This programme is designed for students with an interest in property design, investment, development and management. It provides an opportunity for students to experience a comprehensive range of disciplines associated with the property industry.

Employability

The programme will be of interest to those looking for a career in property consultancy who are intending to work within firms specialising in areas such as property investment, valuation or building surveying practice.

In addition, the programme will be attractive to entrepreneurs who are looking to build a career in property development. There are also career opportunities within central and local government.

Facilities

The university has invested £76 million in a new building to house the campus library, TV studios and academic facilities for disciplines including architecture, design and construction. Stockwell Street is just a short walk from the university's buildings on the Old Royal Naval College site.
