This unique degree programme explores how the law responds to, regulates, and promotes new and emerging technologies.
The programme aims to promote advanced knowledge and understanding of the relationship between law, technology, commerce and society in the widest possible sense.
Programme overviewChoosing from a wide range of available modules, you will examine the legal, ethical and regulatory issues related to technology related fields, such as:

- Intellectual property
- Biotechnology
- Medical sciences
The innovative potential of technology to support legal and judicial processes will also be covered. This programme will therefore enable you to develop an advanced knowledge of domains where law engages with technology, and a sophisticated awareness of problems and differing solutions in the area.
