Course overview

Sport Rehabilitation and Training course offers you the opportunity to learn about theoretical and practise aspects of injury diagnosis, treatment and sport rehabilitation in preparation for a career as Sport Rehabilitator.

You will learn strength and conditioning, human anatomy, biomechanics , the psychology of injury, sports massage and physiology.

There will also be modules on joint mobilisation and gym instruction, which will be taught as part of practical sessions.

The course is led by an experience team of academics who in turn have professional body requirements.

Following graduation from the course, you will be able to apply for graduate membership with the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT), and entry to their Professional Standards Agency (PSA) accredited register.
