About Educational Neuroscience (Joint award with Birkbeck,Univesity of London), MA - at University College London (UCL)
This masters degree will:
- introduce methods and findings from the emerging field of educational neuroscience
- enable students from a variety of backgrounds to appraise and apply these findings
- develop understanding of key issues in educational neuroscience and the application of neuroscience to education
- develop your understanding of research processes and give you the opportunity to undertake research in educational neuroscience.
This masters degree provides the opportunity to:
- be taught by staff with a wide range of expertise in psychology of education and developmental cognitive neuroscience
- benefit from strong links with psychological expertise in other colleges of the University of London, especially Birkbeck.
Graduates of psychology or a related discipline (education, social science, cognitive science, speech/communication science, neuroscience) who want to progress to research careers or professional training, or to engage in professional development.
Entry requirementsA good first degree or equivalent.
How to applyThis programme leads to a joint award from the Institute of Education Department of Psychology and Human Development and Birkbeck Department of Psychological Sciences, and is taught across the two adjacent sites. Birkbeck administer the application process.
