Course overview

The programme aims to give construction and [or] surveying graduates the opportunity to specialise in the important and developing field of commercial management in construction. It is designed to provide:

  • Students with a systematic and comprehensive postgraduate specialist training in commercial management in construction
  • Students with the skills and expertise to enable them to develop and apply appropriate techniques to function effectively as commercial managers or to enhance their career in that role.

Entry requirements

English language requirements for international students
General English language entry requirement for most programmes of study require you to have a minimum of IELTS equivalent 6.0 (with no contributing band of less than 5.5).

Our Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT) is a specialised unit providing English language teaching and support for registered students who have English as an additional language.
