Course fee notes

The Student Finance service provides student loans to help pay for tuition fees and the cost of living, depending on your circumstances.

You'll be charged interest on your loan as soon as you take it out, but you only start repayments once you earn more than a certain amount - currently £21,000.

Repayments are based on how much you earn, not how much you've borrowed.

Course overview

This programme has been specifically designed to meet the need for expert radiographers who undertake reporting for the NHS and independent health organisations. It incorporates the criteria of the Society of Radiographers for advanced practice and will be taught by a range of local, national and international experts in the reporting field.

The programme offers you the opportunity to develop and apply knowledge and skills to report, inform and eventually lead a range of clinical and professional situations. You will develop radiographic reporting skills as well as leadership and research knowledge designed to meet the challenges of service delivery in advanced healthcare.

You will learn how to use a range of information, data, tools and techniques to improve the quality of reporting, patient care and health outcomes as well as demonstrate impact and value, including aspects of patient safety, risk assessment and risk management within a clinical governance context.
