want to work in innovative companies and industries, or areas where there is rapid change
expect to work with and manage creative people later in your career
The course has a practical focus on developing enterprise skills such as * initiative * creativity * problem solving * decision making. These are all skills employers increasingly look for.
You may be able to take part of your second year studies in universities abroad in a country such as Australia, Canada or the USA.
Most students take a one year work placement in year three, which gives you an insight into the workings of business and service organisations. The placement provides general management opportunities in areas such as * marketing * human resource management * business operations * finance.
