Course overview
MSc is the final stage in our suite of health and social care management and leadership programmes. You must complete a masters dissertation of between 12,000 and 15,000 words. All students undertaking the dissertation will be required to complete a postgraduate level research methods module.
We designed the format to consolidate your learning from the diploma. We train you in research skills at postgraduate level and provide support from a named supervisor for your dissertation.
The dissertation allows you to research a field of interest in your area of work. As part of a leadership programme for health and social care professionals, the research must focus on literature and data that allows you to reflect on current issues, problems or questions that are relevant to your work.
We encourage you to work with a mentor to provide continuing support throughout the course.
