Welcome to Rushmore Business School

Rushmore Business School in Mauritius is an international private tertiary education institution founded in Mauritius in 2002, following a growing demand for higher education in the Indian Ocean region.

Rushmore Business School provides academic and professional courses to school leavers, graduates, and working professionals. The school has developed partnerships with several renowned British Universities and awarding bodies over the years, to offer a range of distinctive and internationally recognised qualifications in areas such as: Aviation; Accounting and Finance; Built Environment and Engineering; Business and Management; Health and Social care, Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure; Information Technology; Law; Marketing, and Spa & Wellness.

Rushmore’s aim is to make quality education accessible to everyone, with a new range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes being introduced since 2022, with the latest additions being its degrees in Nursing and Artificial Intelligence. With its competitive fee structure and stringent quality assurance, students obtain a British university degree at affordable fees.

The school is fully accredited, and all courses are approved by the Higher Education Commission in Mauritius, the Mauritius Qualifications Authority, and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) UK.

Rushmore has come a long way in establishing its international image of an excellent teaching and research institution, in close collaboration with its British academic partners: the University of Suffolk, Pearson, ICAEW, ACCA, CIBTAC, the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Air Service Training and the British Computer Society. Rushmore has till date seen more than 5000 students through to graduation.

As of 2024, Rushmore now has an international presence with a branch campus in Bracknell, UK, allowing students the possibility to study both in Mauritius and in the UK. Students may opt to study for the duration of one semester, or all the way to the completion of their studies with the 1+2 or 2+1 programme. This opportunity makes international study more accessible and affordable; students will benefit from the opportunity to experience a diversity of cultures, gain valuable international experience, and see more of the world.
