Course overview
This online part time course is the ideal way to combine work and study and is suitable for anyone advising on employment law issues. It is the only online Employment Law LLM within the UK with no residential requirement.
This course provides in-depth, up-to-date knowledge and analysis of UK and EU employment and labour law, which you can be applied immediately in the workplace. It is designed to develop your ability to research, understand, analyse, apply and advise on employment law matters.

Teaching will be delivered through the University's online virtual learning environment. You will have the opportunity to interact with tutors and fellow students from around the world. Online chat, feedback and discussion groups are a key part of the learning experience, alongside dedicated tutor guidance.

Entry requirements
A first degree in law, business or HR management and/or a professional qualification is preferred but not essential. If you do not have a formal undergraduate degree, relevant experience in the employment law field can be an acceptable substitute, subject to Course Leader approval. Proficiency in English to the level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is also required.
