Course overview
This is an American degree, four years in length.
The Political Science major offers a thorough grounding in the main theoretical concepts used in the field. You will also be introduced to the political institutions and cultures of many different countries.
Through combining theory and practice you will develop analytical, research and communication skills which will assist you in solving problems, understanding complex issues and developing policies.

Entry requirements
Applicants must provide evidence of successful completion of 12 years of schooling, with a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 in the American High School grading system or equivalent. This is calculated on a scale of 0-4, with a 2.5 roughly equivalent to a C+/B-. Other international qualifications will also be accepted. For those applicants whose mother tongue is not English, we also require evidence of English language proficiency.
