Course overview

On the Games Programming you will work side by side with games artists and designers, you will develop a deep technical understanding of games engines and programming architecture.

Develop unrivalled skills within programming and scripting, content generation, AI and virtual and augmented reality.

With no prior knowledge in coding or programming needed, the course will provide you with the tools and confidence to thrive in the competitive world of gaming.

The course curriculum will introduce students to programming languages (C++ and C#), games engines (Unreal and Unity), and the development of specialist skills within programming & scripting, procedural content generation, AI, Virtual and Augmented Reality.

Skills acquired as part of the course offer potential for application within other aligned areas of computing such as mainstream programming, web/app development.
