Course overview

The Diploma of Visual Arts combines specialised technical, creative and conceptual skills to plan and realise a body of work in one or more art forms.

Practice at this level is underpinned by application of arts theory and history. You’ll learn how to critically analyse and synthesise information from a range of sources. There’s also the opportunity to discuss and expand on complex ideas around the art of painting and visual art research.
