Course overview

Over 18 months, you’ll learn everything from making coffee to leading staff and budget management. You’ll also earn a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. You may start with a Certificate IV in your specialty area – hospitality, commercial cookery or patisserie – in the first 12 months and move straight into the diploma for a further six months. You’ll graduate job-ready for a manager’s role in a hotel, restaurant, resort, cafe, function centre or cruise ship.
