About Executive MBA, MBA - at IE Business School

The Executive MBA+ provides an answer to these challenges and offers an innovative program in content, format and structure through numerous program customization options that enrich students' experiences, support their career development and personal circumstances all at once.

The program consists of 2 parts: a Core Period and a +Module, which have a total duration from 13 and 16 months (depending on the chosen combination) and allow students to switch between formats (Face-to-face or Blended) and languages ​​(English or Spanish) and choose between different modules of specialized content.

The Executive MBA+ is aimed at professionals with a solid career path, with an average of 10 years of experience and an average age of 35, who have successfully completed IE’s rigorous admission process.
