Overview of the university

The Department of Biotechnology, Chemistry and Pharmacy brings together researchers from biotechnologies and molecular sciences, including expertise in bio-chemistry, molecular biology, chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry and technology.

The Department coordinates undergraduate and graduate degrees in the Chemical Sciences, in Pharmacy, in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies as well as Master Degrees Chemistry and in Sustainable Industrial Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. The Department has an active PhD Program in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as in Molecular Biotechnologies. The Department also offers Masters degrees and a Specialization Course in Hospital Pharmacy.
