Course overview
The Master of Human Resource Management will enable you to gain specialist education and training in the core elements of human resource management applicable to local and global business environments. Covering all areas of human resource management, the course facilitates your critical evaluation of contemporary theories and develops advanced skills and knowledge in the field. The course examines HR strategy, training, recruitment, performance development, diversity management and managing change, to qualify you to operate as human resource professionals in domestic and international business contexts.

Entry requirements
- a completed bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college, or equivalent overseas qualification; or
- a CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Management, or equivalent; or
- a CQUniversity Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Advanced Standing (Credit for Prior Learning):
Students may be eligible for exemptions of up to 48 credit points for previously completed Graduate Diploma level studies in Human Resource Management or an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. Advanced standing of up to 24 credit points may be granted to students who have completed a Bachelor or Honours degree in a related cognate discipline from an Australian tertiary institution or equivalent overseas qualification.
