Course overview
The three-year BSc program Physics and Data Science at Constructor University aims to provide future scientists and leaders with the unique skill set needed to tackle the world's most pressing challenges. Based on a broad introduction to classical and modern physics, mathematics, and modeling, it features a thorough education in important advanced areas of physics, culminating in specialization options from nanotechnology to particles, fields, and quanta. Concurrently, the foundations of computational modeling are introduced together with methods of scientific data analysis, and data science techniques, including innovative machine learning tools. The program is an excellent preparation for top graduate programs and a solid foundation for careers in many fields, from research and education to engineering and business.
The three-year undergraduate program involves six semesters of study with a total of 180 ECTS credit points (CP). The curricular structure follows an innovative and student-centered modularization scheme - the 3C-Model - that groups the disciplinary content of the three study years according to overarching themes:

Entry requirements
All applicants must have an adequate command of the English language to enroll at Constructor University. An applicant’s English language ability (non-native speakers) may be demonstrated through language proficiency test scores.
You will qualify for an English proficiency waiver if you:
- are a native English speakers OR
- have been instructed exclusively in English for a minimum of 6 years OR
- have scored 600 or higher on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section
- have scored 9 or higher on the ACT Writing section
You may need to confirm you qualify for a waiver with the Office of Admissions.
For those who require English proficiency tests, you can submit your test score in the testing section of the Common App. Proof of the English proficiency test results can be sent via the official agencies.
