Course overview
The specialism in International Banking and Finance Law will appeal to all with an interest in financial services law. It will enable you to establish or develop a career in commercial private practice. You will also be well-prepared to embark on policy-oriented careers in the financial services sectors as well as in compliance and public service. Increasingly difficult aspects of international financial regulation in the aftermath of the collapse of financial institutions in 2008 and the possible advent of Brexit will be addressed as will pressing global issues such as money laundering and corrupt practices.
