Course overview
Communication and media affects everything from identities on social media to global challenges such as 'fake news', political division, and climate change. You’ll gain the expertise to understand, analyse, and produce effective communication strategies.
Why study BA (Hons) Communication and Media at BU?

Careers: On this course, you will develop an interdisciplinary, practical skillset in multimedia design and production – including audio, video, scriptwriting and online publishing. You’ll have access to industry-standard software and technical production facilities on campus, including HD TV and radio studios.
Entry requirements
For September 2026 entry: 104 - 120 UCAS tariff points including a minimum of 2 A levels or equivalent. BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM. All subjects considered.
