About MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology, MSc - at AECC University College

Our MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology provides you with the opportunity to extend your understanding and application of sport and exercise psychology in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This course draws on the research and the strengths of applied practice of our sport and exercise psychology team, to enable you to reach your career aspirations of working as a sport and exercise psychologist, or further developing your sport and exercise psychology knowledge and expertise.

The course will enbable you to become an evidence-based practitioner who is an active problem-solver, providing the best psychological solutions to the challenges you encounter. The course has been designed for both individuals who are seeking to become qualified sport and exercise psychologists, and for other graduates of other courses, which contain psychology/sport and exercise psychology.

As well as delivering a contemporary curriculum, the course offers the opportunity to gain applied experience and see sport and exercise psychology in action through our on-site Sport Performance Centre. Our academic staff are expert researchers, practitioners, and are engaged internationally with the profession and organisations. Our on-site clinical facilities allow you the opportunity to observe sport and exercise psychology in practice.
